OUR STORY
Founded to serve

Patrick and Sarah Leighton met in the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps, where both reached Chief Petty Officer.
Patrick's background includes service as a special police officer in Washington, D.C. Sarah served in the U.S. Army. They brought that commitment to community service into Falcon.
Patrick was selected as Chief of Police in Powers Lake, North Dakota, in February 2025 and officially hired in March 2025.
Falcon provides patrol, standing guard, and hybrid coverage in King and Snohomish counties, with an expansion to Spokane in preparation.
